Tyre Talk: FAQ

Q. What do you consider to be a tyre failure ? Or sudden airloss ? Can a DriveGuard tyre cope with everything ?
A.

Tyre failures that DriveGuard tyres are able to cope with are virtually any damage that a tyre may suffer (punctures, cuts or cracks) wherever occurring in the tread or side area caused by nails, screws, sharp stones, pieces of glasses, steel plates, metals, potholes, kerbs, etc …, which may cause sudden or slow airloss. In case the tyre has been completely shredded, obviously the tyre/rim needs to be replaced on the spot.
