Irish eyes smiling on Bridgestone

What do you get when you cross the world’s largest tyre manufacturer, an Irish superbike legend, a critically acclaimed new sports tyre and 130 riders?

The answer is a Boss focused track day to remember for Bridgestone in Dublin, as multiple Irish superbike champion Brian McCormack helped put the company’s premium products through its paces with valued Bikers’ Club dealer Cotter Motorcycles and their customers.

The event was extremely well attended, with 130 attendees braving the wet and windy conditions to seize the opportunity to try Bridgestone’s wet race tyres and new S21 Sport tyre.

The day began with a Bridgestone product presentation and safety briefing from product manager Gary Hartshorne, before attendees put the tyres through their paces out on the track.

UK & Ireland MC tyre sales manager Andy Whitehead was on hand to provide additional product information throughout the afternoon, providing those who had purchased the new S21 Sport tyres with a Motul cleaning kit gift pack.

Andy said: “The feedback we received was extremely positive. Attendees were quick to point out how well the Bridgestone products performed and we really appreciated the attendance of Brain McCormack – who recently recorded the fastest lap time of a Southern Irishman around the IOM TT course, on Bridgestone tyres too!”
